洁净室净化过程能耗大的原因是什么?

  空气净化工程能耗大的主要原因:一般空调有的只具有一级过滤效果,要求较高的是一级过滤效果,二级过滤的中间效果。净化空调需要三级过滤,即一级、中级、高效三级过滤,或一级、中级、次高效三级过滤。随着每一阶段的过滤,空气更干净,但它也增加了过滤的成本。一般中央空调系统平均换气次数只有10次/小时以下,而净化空调系统需要超过12次/小时,甚至是一般中央空调系统换气次数的10倍以上。因此,净化空调系统每平方米的能耗是普通中央空调系统的10 ~ 20倍。
